I've done the Am Fasarinen pinnacles and looked down on the bypass path and was glad I chose the ridge. Very airy but the rock is solid.

I really enjoyed this video James. Sgulaird is local to me, and l often take that first track up from the road with my dog, and on to the ruins of an old farmstead. Theres a cairn on your left as you take the track up, l think thats where you turn off.I must get up tbe Ben one of these days. Ive been told the views are great, and you sure showed that, amazing. Beluga Lagoon are fantastic. Thanks for sharing your adventure....Alioban ❤

Hi James, Helen & Roddy here - was great to meet you up there, your timing was perfect as the clag had been down all night so you really got the solitude to enjoy the light changing over The Ben, we did enjoy watching it all rise with our freshly brewed coffee still in the sleeping bags lol ! Our fave photo from our camp will be on our Charity Calendar which will be released later this year, so we will message you and maybe even send you one onc ethey are back from the printers! All the best mate, RnH

Nice coverage of your outing on these tops. It's a huge day out. I've done it a few times, and on one occasion, my decision-making was challenged while I was guiding on it (but all good). Great video and lovely commentary.

Nice video James, I climbed the Munro behind the climbing hut, my friends were total novice climbers so we didn't explore further, I hope to return to do you walk in Glen Etive! I slept in Bridge of Orchy rail station I think it is now a business, cheers Mark!

I’d be interested in an update to your gear recommendations. It looks like you use different equipment from your early gear review. Just wondering as I’ve just done a first Munro (Lochnagar) and wondering what to use in future.

Superb videos as always, I always want to ask about the songs you use in your videos for example In 12:50. I live in Scotland and It may be very popular but can't find the artists or songs. if you can share the artists that would be great. Thanks mate

Loved this particular walk as it put into perspective the ernormity of the Black Mount walk I did some years ago. The 'Clachlet Traverse', Four Munro's along with the Munro 'top'. The walk back to the Victoria Bridge car park was a bit of a killer though. Happy days and looking forward to your remaining Munro's, not far to go now James!!!

Wow..what a coincidence- just did this last week. Took us 10 hours to do the 4 Munros of the Blackmount traverse. Stayed at Kingshouse and cycled back on the West Highland way last Friday! One of the toughest days my wife and I have ever had on the hills.

Good vid... done Stob Ghabhar in the snow and that ridge you walked did not look safe with all the snow hanging off it.. You have Sgòr na h-Ulaidh still to do, funny i just bagged that on saturday afternoon its a good Munro, did it with the Corbett. You dont have many to go now , maybe you should let us all know when and whete your doing the last one , some might do it with you

What an amazing adventure taking the gondola up Aonach Mor and Aonach Beag! The views from the top are absolutely stunning. I don't think using the gondola is cheating at all - it's a great way to enjoy the mountains and save some energy for the hike. I've used gondolas many times myself when hiking. Thanks for sharing this beautiful journey and the detailed route information. Looking forward to more of your adventures! Cheers, Simon - Tales From Abroad

James, thanks for posting this and all of your great videos. It's great to see your accounts of Munroes we (wife and I) have done and to view those we won't now be able to (old age sadly). What is also really fab for me is that I did Liathach a few years ago in poor visibilility so it's great to see what I missed! That said I may have been even more nervous with a better view of the sheer drops. Many thanks again.
