I met Phil at a small bookstore concert he did in the 80`s in Anaheim. Such a nice man, he shines with the presence of Jesus on him. My friend was like I cant you just shook hands with Phil Keaggy, I said He is just a normal human being that plays guitar like no one else on earth.

Saw him this past Sunday at the Barrow Theater in Franklin, Pa. The show was sold out. He played for almost two hours straight. My mother purchased seats for us in the 1st & 2nd row. We were greatly blessed by Mom. As always, it was pure joy to observe the music just pour out of him through his guitar and voice. He is a gifted, musical genius; a virtuoso. A dedicated servant of our God Most High.❤

Long time Phil Keaggy fan here. I'm looking for my old guitar teacher, Allan Martinez who turned me on to Phil back in the late 70s. If you know him, please let him know I'm looking for him. Thanks

God is good! I love this song, it reminds were I came from and how God change my life story from a road to hardship and early death to a marriage and children! I will forever be praising God until the day I see him!!

When I was young a knew everything that was wrong with the church, I hung on every word. But, now that I'm older, I find that I don't know as much as I used to, and think some of Steve's songs were a little too judgy.

Everybody falls sometimes Gotta find the strength to rise From the ashes and make a new beginning Anyone can feel the ache You think it's more than you can take But you're stronger, stronger than you know … Don't you give up now The sun will soon be shining You gotta face the clouds To find the silver lining … I've seen dreams that move the mountains Hope that doesn't ever end Even when the sky is falling I've seen miracles just happen Silent prayers get answered Broken hearts become brand new That's what faith can do … It doesn't matter what you've heard Impossible is not a word It's just a reason for someone not to try Everybody's scared to death When they decide to take that step Out on the water But it'll be alright … Life is so much more Than what your eyes are seeing You will find your way If you keep believing … I've seen dreams that move the mountains Hope that doesn't ever end Even when the sky is falling I've seen miracles just happen Silent prayers get answered Broken hearts become brand new That's what faith can do … Overcome the odds When you don't have a chance (That's what faith can do) When the world says you can't It'll tell you that you can … I've seen dreams that move the mountains Hope that doesn't ever end Even when the sky is falling I've seen miracles just happen Silent prayers get answered Broken hearts become brand new That's what faith can do That's what faith can do … Even if you fall sometimes You will have the strength to rise

I loved Steve Taylor's quirky artistic album covers and music videos. In particular, Melt Down at Madam Tussauds. I liked all the colors and the aesthetics. I am not sure what the message or story was about the meltdown.. just being that something happened at the wax museum where there was a technical problem that caused the temperature to go high and the melting of all the wax figures. I think it reminds me of the horror film at a wax museum where the wax figures melt. Do any of you have other ideas about what message or story was telling besides that?

The heat that melted all of the famous people was the fire of Hell. The message of the song was that if you wander along in life with your hands in your pockets, you may end up rich and famous like all of those wax celebrities but just like them, you will lose your soul.

Keaggy went through a stage during the '80s and '90s where he did a lot of Wyndham Hill sounding stuff. Sounds so much like Michael Hedges here.
