Yes to your content. No to the Terra Clay, it looks moldy to me. But...if everyone was the same, the World would stop spinning.

do you recommend sanding wood stain off cabinet or just use white bonding boss first then my color which is drop cloth ? redoing bathroom cabinets with your help :)
@TheTopDrawerRVA9 күн бұрын
Hi! Personally I hate sanding. So I’d clean very well. Sand slightly to remove any texture or loose bits to smooth. Then bonding boss then paint! I hope that helps. It will look great!

Lovely work, looks really nice... And that piece for just $3.00 is insane because its pretty. In my place, it is so hard to fund Primer or is terribly expensive. I got laminate cabinets on my kitchen, and I was desperate to give them a makeover. So, I thought, I will repaint them as I can, or I will sadly damage them. So I used a 180 type fixed sandpaper and gave it a light brushing. Then use a quick-drying enamel paint. But I didn't use a brush or foam roller, but my fingers. That's how I gave it the first coat, since I noticed that the paint spread better and was more even. I dabbed the second coat with a sponge and eventually the paint itself leveled out. I liked the result because it was perfect. They stayed like this for four years without being damaged, and as incredible as it may seem, they lasted much longer than the wooden furniture that I also painted with the same paint. So sometimes, I think when we lack Primer we can experiment, and if it works for you... it works.

What if you do not have slick stick
@TheTopDrawerRVA16 күн бұрын
Slick Stick or Bonding Boss for proper gripping adhesion. It’s the only way paint will stick.
