Just been away for a couple of days cycling (down the North Wales Coast line) Lying in our beds, we started reminiscing about old cartoons we watched in the early 1970s. We went through them all ... I said to my mate Alan ... I will sing the intro song and see if you can get it before I get to the name of the cartoon ... I knew all the words and could visualize the into as well. As i sang it, he laughed and joined in with "wait till your Farther gets, until your Farther gets, wait till your Farther gets home" ... Brill !.

Listen to this song and listen to giant Steps. The two songs are almost related to each other giant steps was written by Sonny Rollins and it’s uncanny to hear this song and to hear giant steps straight after it’s like they are related in the arrangements.

Remember watching this when I was ten. I remember I was fascinated by their flat. Very strange for a ten year old. Its not as if I became a Estate Agent or anything

I swear there was a segment just before the last segment in the closing theme.

This is so cringeworthy I am surprised Paul and John didn't have a mental breakdown within days after consenting to appear in it. Some might say that a certain person has made a compilation of songs they gave away, but I couldn't possibly comment.

From India, now 79. Was a Research Fellow during 1974-77, three years at Cardiff and Guildford. Thrilled by this title music endless number of times then, permanently etched in memory. After nearly 45 years, I heard it again on KZfaq. It is sheer ecstasy, listening to it. Thank myself for suddenly remembering it. Will be henceforth on my permanent hearing list. What a music 👍
