In last few minutes what Sai said about people coming on and off table after 2014,that they mushroomed and not curtailed,was very right. Though Shoma tried every bit to bring him to a suitable conclusion to make this debate look more prolifaerate,but she missed!As it was Sai.And he has had a point saying where were all these were when there was no one to speak for oppresed,or no one even cared of,its now that everyone has got the table,and more power to SC for the matters it got or getting after 2014 which is basically trendsetting and shaking and taking all of their abilities to solve them,past or prior to that i dont think there were that much strain on them to decide such question which they have to in these 10 years. It seems like everybody has come upto their power,2.0.

Obviously, the moderator does not understand the scope and function of the constitution and the court. She is fully passionate about her cause, believes it to be the greatest cause, blind to the faults, flaws, and lacunae in the position she is representing. Too bad. Otherwise, I don't see anything wrong with the moderator being a leftist, nor with the audience being left-inclined. All groups, categories, classes, sections of people can choose to show their support to their cause.

I'm not particularly familiar with the works of anyone except Shri JSD, but irrespective of if i agree or disagree, both JSD and Mr. Saurabh Kirpal present a civilised discourse. The moderator seems to be perhaps the wrong choice for the particular panel i believe, because she had, it seemed, a hard time taking the presented opinions into consideration and using that to drive the discussion forward...

Individual living is also a good old trend of our civilisation, where objective is more of in focus at least for some of them who are individualist. We need to honor any biological settlement of human nature if there is no human and communal herm but the decision of this kind of judgement if course should dealed with judiciary system...because only emotion can not drive a human settlement of any kind, if there's a chance of desettlement in the future...depertion is no good if its become a common trend. As a human we need to be very decisive on this point. In addition our sociaty is very reactive to many influences which come upon our surroundings....its natural to be impulsive as individual and community.
