I used to live in Southport and would see Kelly running at Parkrun every Saturday morning. I've since moved down to Devon and it's lovely to be able to see her still enjoying parkrun, what an achievement! Well done.

Awesome job! Thanks for sharing. We have some blind athletes on our team so I loved listening to this guy’s verbal cues. Question: if you want to pass someone on a narrow path, do you ask the runners in front of you to move? I’ve only done easy effort as a guide, and I don’t know how to manage foot traffic.

OMG what a start to my morning. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy this video makes me. You 3 are the perfect team and I’m so grateful you came along to Witton to see us. The woods are beautiful throughout the seasons and I highly recommend coming back in May when we will have an abundance of daffs and bluebells. Sorry about the signs, 🙈we got them as a bit of tongue and cheek for the course which as you know isn’t easy. FYI, I named it the Beast because by the 2nd lap on that awful hill “Beasts” your legs 🤣 Thanks once again for visiting us and giving an honest opinion of our event. Hope to see you guys again soon. Love the audio description of the image! As a regular guide runner at Gladstone parkrun this was really interesting to watch. We have 4-5 VI runners and provide guides for them each week. Come visit us!
