RG3, first of all he didn't rush back from injury, coaches rushed him. They pressured him to return early. 2nd, his game didn't change, defenses did and again, his coaches did noting to adjust. RG3 could have had a great career if his coaches knew what they were doing, RG3 wasn't a 1 trick pony, his coaches were which lead to him having sever injuries. Anderson was picked in the 6th round... not a UDFA.

Very few RB's make it to that point in the career of a professional athlete, where they start to get their highest salaries. That being said, why should an owner break the bank for a RB, when he can get a new one virtually every year for the league minimum, and use the money to fill other more important spots on the team?
