Sir my father 1month back recoverd from covid and now we did CT scan and it shows Spheniod sinusitis is this normal sinusitis problem r black fungus plzzz reply me sir????

Hello, It is difficult to say without checking the scan Generally black fungus will start with nose then maxillary sinus and then spread further but it is not always like that so Ent opinion will help Don’t panic but keep follow up Black fungus is very fast spreading if you feel any headache on one side of head and change in vision then don’t wait a second
