Hi mam, am 35yrs already I took medical coding training, as u said they didn't tell me that am not eligible & now wherever I go either they are asking me CPC certification or pointing my age, finished my training 4 months back still struggling, already paid 30k for training, If I go for certification again 60k, am worried, even if I write CPC they consider me as fresher, recently a recruiter approached me from a company says that without certification also k, says RCM, will it be good decision to take it
