Love Norman doing his crazy dance moves and I loved him and the legend astro rip singing this belter of a song and the 2 of them had a good stage presence that's the original UB40 I'm talking about in happier times but sorry MC Gilly g just doesn't do it for me and before all you keyboard warriors start it's just my opinion so yous don't have to start bumping your gums but sadly the legend astro rip and Brian Travers are no longer here

So please check them out: "I'll Be Back" has Norman dancing, and for audience interaction, watch the finale, "(I Can't Help) Falling in Love with You" and "Red Red Wine". Enjoy! WHAT? DAVE NOT SINGING THIS CLASSIC?????????????
@SteveLovesLife-Music18 күн бұрын
After researching this, apparently Steve Winwood sang the original. Dave didn't write this song; Steve and Jim Capaldi did. Dave had himself others take turns singing lead in the new band's repertoire. (Feel free to watch my other videos posted from this concert.) Don't know why, but perhaps he tried to best match the singer of the current vocals to the original? Anyway, thanks so much for watching and commenting!
@SteveLovesLife-Music18 күн бұрын
I researched this and song was originally sung by Steve Winwood, as were many Traffic songs. Steve & Jim Capaldi wrote this classic tune. Dave had himself and others take turns on vocals of various songs during the concert (Please feel free to see my other vids from the show if you like.) Perhaps he tried to match the current band's singers with the closest voice to the song being sung originally? Anyway, thanks for watching and your comment! And please keep watching and subscribe if you haven't already. New concert footage coming this week and throughout the summer from new shows I'll be attending!

Thanks for watching and commenting. Dave and the band did a nice job throughout. Just so nice to see and hear Traffic, Blind Faith, and Spencer Davis songs performed live again, especially by someone who was actually IN the bands. He did those bands proud. Did you watch the Low Spark video I posted, too? He did a new bluesy take on it, which was quite different than the original. I thought was strange at first, but I ultimately really do like it.
