This is my first time seeing a video on your channel. I wondered why you'd want to leave Japan? I am hoping you chose #3. I don't care for lofts either but this one seemed a bit bigger than the rest. I am amazed at how tiny the rooms are. Lastly, do you mean, $38,000.oo deposit??? OR $3,800.oo? 38k is like buying a new car. Okay, now I'm off to see which one you picked.

I have been given a tea ceremony in Tokyo by a Japanese friend and when in China the lovely guide arranged a tea ceremony as she said in appreciation of my knowledge of the history and culture. I have to finish off my tea ceremony experience by having one in South Korea. That is my wish and is on my bucket list. I have also read about both the ancient and modern history of Korea and have always wanted to travel there.

0:58 - Apartment hunting? Better swing by the 7-Eleven, and grab a Soju to warm the cockles of your heart. Around $2.60 NZD per 330ml bottle. :) My father-in-law owns several apartments in Seoul. :D
