I love how Fialeja’s lyrics, intentionally or not, make it ambiguous as to if the one singing is Jones or Calypso. Like the two sing a duet doomed to never be complete.

I'd always thought of it as a duet but the idea that it's one or the other singing it at different moments during their lives when they feel remorse or regret is a really cool idea.

I think Colm's instruments are best and Geoff's voice is best for this song, but Johnny nails the vibe like no one else can. Ernie is the OG, but idk I feel like he doesn't fit the coal miner's anthem feel as well. Great vid bro!

Sadly, no I can't. Some of the artists do not sing the entire song so I can't do a version where they all sing the whole thing. That would take the artists doing a really cool collab.
