I disagree. My cousin died - he was “addicted” to adrenaline. Did all sorts of extreme sports and stunts and died with 24 doing a highly risky skydiving stunt in front of a whole crowd. Imagine all the stories that could have been told about him if he lived to the age of 80. If he maybe married, had kids. Those are stories too. Deep stories. Going through hardship, getting better, healing… not all stories have to be about individually going to the extreme in a sport. I know it’s “not that deep” but I really grieve for my cousin and wish there was more talk about addictive personalities when it comes to extreme sport.
