Slurping down a jumbo cola and bigMac doesn’t exactly have the same technique for enjoying a more complex drink. Folding the coffee rather than stirring makes sense, as does wetting the edge of the Demi tasse with coffee. Cleansing the palate with water, yes. I plan to remember these tips when I go to Little Italy in Toronto. As a teenager backpacking in Italy, I stormed back up to the counter with my espresso cup demanding a real coffee instead of a bit of tar. They laughed and called out “ Americano” and someone brought out a pot of hot water to add to my espresso. A joke on me. In America Starbucks made an “Americano” a special coffee. In Italy it was a tourist mistake.

I made this lentil cake and unfortunately the cheese didn't stretch like in the movie. Definitely more would have to be given than is included in the recipe. In general, the taste is good. I ate it warm without anything, but it will be better to serve it with vegetables in sauce or stew

This is not mayo, it's boiled eggs and yoghurt wtf. Mayo is made od fresh egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, sugar, peper, mustard, oil and vinegar that's all and it tastes awesome
