I pretty much have a theory, Honkai impact the third, Genshin impact, and Honkai Star rail are either in the same universe or Multiverse. Pretty much the surviving soldiers back on earth 50,000 years ago , the moth soldiers sent spaceships to multiple planets like Teyvat , and other plants in Star rail they either use dimensional travel, or faster than light travel. And the main reason that most of the characters all look similar in all three games is because they’re all clones , of the surviving humans and the moth soldiers who made them. And know Dr. Mai (original) and probably other scientists came up with Ark project just in case humanity didn’t survive the Honkai and it worked. It was probably only a handful of humans left over , but after 50,000 years humanity has quadrupled numbering in the trillion in the rest of the universe or Multiverse I’m not sure if they colonize the entire universe yet or just part of it . or they sent them to other universes like Genshin impact on Teyvat and Star Rail universe on multiple planets. It also would explain the artifacts from different worlds or universes , either way humanity survives Honkai universe and others universes. Now the rest of the Multiverse is pretty much the other games in Yoyoverse are definitely in a different universes.

That "it" could probably mean "the potential soul of the 3rd Descender". Makes sense why he's always there everywhere we go.
