Hello, at the end of the video the measurement of 22.4 volts is correct, is this voltage good? smd ic FA2EPR (not datasheet) is it a boost converter? I measured at that point and I have 3.3 volts. The TV does not turn on, the blue standby LED turns on approximately every minute. Can you save anything from this error? I don't have technical information about the card.
