"there is 0 research evidence" this is blatantly false. i tried to post a link but it got filtered, so i will just explain. they proved via ultrasound that people passed actual gall stones, not things made due to the mixture itself in the intestines. the research is referenced on the aafp site, issue 1998/0215/p785

03:46 - this is ignorant and dangerous half knowledge.. because the protocol states this: "The first 2 Epsom salt drinks act to dilate the bile ducts inside the liver. The olive oil and grapefruit drink will trigger a release of bile that had been saved up for over 24 hours. This large amount of bile will push the gallstones out of the bile ducts into the intestines" every single "debunking" video tries to scare people needlessly. how about you scare them via all the nasty side effects of no longer having a gallbladder? why dont you do that? it is equally bad. but that will bring you profit, this wont. shame on you.

I had my gallbladder removed 3 days ago I’ve been so nauseous and vomiting I asked them for anti sickness medicine along with pain meds but they said to phone my doctor so I did and he gave it to me but I’m short of breath because my insides hurt I can barely move around without being lightheaded and exhausted and sore I am trying to eat and drink but struggling and have to sleep sitting up I was told I would be up and mobile and feeling better by day 3 and I’m feeling the same as I did after having the surgery and miserable they make me feel like a nuisance for asking for help so I’m scared to go back

I am experiencing severe burning groin pain directly after my c section. The surgeon said the mesh will dissolve. Should I wait to see if that lessens my pain in a month or so? I am nearly bedridden at this point so I’m desperate to find an answer faster than later.

She didn’t have any tests to find markers. No one believed that she had a problem, for two years. She had an X-ray for another procedure where they found spots on her liver. Sent her for an MRI, then wouldn’t give her the results for two months. In that time the haemangioma was growing and in 6 months had doubled in size to 43cm. It was a nightmare.

So about 30 years ago, I began to formulate my method using breathing to strengthen the core torso muscles from the inside out. Stretching the abdomen is not part of my routine. Also nothing I teach in the video is dangerous, difficult. painful or harmful. What the video will teach you how to do is monitor and rewire your breathing habits and also teach you how to avoid the daily movements and exercise routines that were contributing factors in why hernias occur. Spine alignment and pelvis alignment while doing the exercises is key and contraction of the core muscles to strengthen the internal forces of support must happen using breathing as opposed to trying to pull your navel in. As you do the exercises you will learn how to move from center using breathing and at the same time it will help to rewire muscles that are offline and train your subconscious mind to do it for you. Hard to explain in words as it must happen by feeling and perception, but most of the muscular actions in our body are not under our conscious control. One can contribute to the subconscious of the forces that make it happen by focusing and engaging while breathing. vimeo.com/ondemand/yogalign

Brilliant video! Thank you very much. There is so much pain when the sphincter closes after bowel movements that people cannot imagine... Nobody told me to keep my diet well before the operation, but I did it myself from common sense. However, I didn't take the stool softness which ended very bad 3 days after operation...

Is it normal to still be so physically tired and drained 5 weeks after the surgery? I had my surgery done on 5/15/24. I can’t tell how the further out i get from surgery the more exhausted i am. I mean i slept all the time after surgery which is to be expected, but after 5 weeks… it’s bad enough that i’ll get dizzy and sway when i stand up or even when i’m walking, just randomly. I’m trying to make sure that i am eating foods that are healthy and not hurting my stomach after eating, cause some foods i can’t tolerate anymore. I’ve always been healthy and active. I’m a preprofessional ballet dancer. I’ve never felt this sluggish, except for when my insomnia was really really bad about a year ago. But we have that under control now. I haven’t taken classes since a little before my surgery cause i had wisdom teeth removed on 5/7/24. I need to get to where i don’t feel faint almost constantly. It gets in the way of normal activities of just moving around my house. I can only imagine what might happen when i start dancing slowly again in august…

For more info, i’m a 22 year old female, that has never stayed still well. I have always been doing something, soccer, dance, cheerleading. Always active. And per my surgeon i had strawberry gallbladder. I’ve also had side pain similar to the 5 months before my surgery since i was kid before we switched to more whole wheat foods, then it went away and came back on very very rare occasions.

I just recently got an umbilical hernia lifting weights at the gym. Seeing that I’m not the type of person to just throw in the towel, I purchased a hernia belt. I wore it to the gym yesterday and I must say it worked wonderfully. I did read a post here about fasting. This makes total sense! I practice intermittent fasting 16/8 and have noticed a big difference in bowel pressure on the day or two that I don’t fast during the week. I’ll most likely ( eventually ) have surgery ( heading to Mexico for the summer ) but I’m not too worried about my hernia at the moment as there is no pain, discomfort, or discoloration. We’ll see after surfing every day for 6 weeks… that’ll be the true test 🏄🏼‍♂️🎣👋🏻

@@boredfive3001 Firstly, I love Mexico ( and speak Spanish ) and have traveled extensively throughout the country for decades. Secondly, the surfing and saltwater fishing is incredible ( much better than the States ) and the consistency of the surf allows my wife , daughter, and I to surf every day! Plus, it’s not expensive.., The way we do Mexico for 6 weeks costs the same as 1 week in Hawaii or less! Finally, we have Xpat and Mexican friends that we hang out with, and, our daughter has a small group of girlfriends that she loves and can’t wait to see every year! Cheers 🍻
