THIS IS HORRIBLE! It sounds like what they are saying is that "Yea, climate change is happening, but no, we're not going to try to farm better to REVERSE climate change--to reverse the contribution that agriculture is adding to climate change, no. No, we're just going to adapt to the problems (that we growers are contributing to) by using wind machines, hybrids or misters or frost warning systems and keep adapting and making more technology to adapt, INSTEAD OF actually farming regeneratively and working on reducing the CO2 in the atmosphere so that we prevent climate change from the destruction it is causing on our crops. JUST WOW.

Sir, wonderful efforts. Have you released some apple varieties suitable for growing in hot climates with mild winters and hot summers towards the end of May and mid June max. temp. touching 37-38 degrees Celcius. Winter chilling in the range of some 300 or so in my location specific conditions in India. This is an area where lichi shows tremendous potential and I do have some 25 plants, but lichi is very slow growing and then least shelf life. The fruits loose its lustre immediately, whereas apples do have above traits. Thanks a lot Sir for some response. There are frosts in Feb. which is growing period here as the buds of my sand pears grafted on wild Kainths growing in abundance starts bursting. Welcome and regards. However, various sources in the US have advised me to try low chill apples like Anna, Golden Dorsett and edge of nowhere also suggested the tropic sweet and someone from Texas and others like Dave Wilson and kufeel Creek suggests sundowner, winter banana and yellow transparent etc.

Love the tool. survey requires password so could not take it. Also, 15 & 30 year avg are nice but nicer would be 2016 & 2017 for for the 2018 season. For example my serviceberries bloomed on 4/9/2016 (89 GDD50) and 4/15/2017 (143 GDD50). I also noticed we are about 11 days behind 2016 on grape hyacinth ...which makes my prediction for the serviceberry blooming on 4/20/2018. But tool would predict much later than 4/20/2018 (only 74 GDD50). This is to know best timing to release mason bees. Thanks!

Methane Digestor use on our farms with high animal unit numbers is good environmental stewardship. We should be promoting these even more and providing extra incentives.
