YESSSS, I have been thinking for a while about wanting to see a 4th power mandelbrot!!!! What perfect timing 😍

beautiful, but would have appreciated those few extra seconds at the end to go all the way into the black, rather than coming to a sudden stop! :D

I've never seen 3rd power Mandelbrot before. I think I can see the difference in some patterns, when some "lines" split into 3 equal branches instead of 2. Which makes it more beautiful than the second power. Not sure if I like the flowing colors though.

great! especially moments like 27:47 where you cant really tell if the movements going to the inside or the outside look very cool! nicely done!
The color scheme fits these thin shapes very nicely! Great job :)

スタートの関数は何ですかね?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by start function. The fractal is the Burning Ship, and the stretch factor is about 50-100 (large enough to expose the geometry).

遺跡や紋章みたいな図ですね。 Burning Ship はどういう関数ですか?
@polychromazone89403 ай бұрын
The Burning Ship fractal is generated by iterating the function z(n+1)=(Re(z(n))|+i|Im(z(n)|)^2+c, where C is a number on the complex plane, and i is the square root of -1. I generate it on the program called Kalles Fraktaler.
You can generate your own fractal images and videos with the program Kalles Fraktaler. The mountain-like effect is created by enabling slopes in the Key Frames Movie Maker (see Kalles Fraktaler Tutorial by Maths Town), and using the values 50 and 20 for shadow depth and shadow strength respectively.

The black waves are a fun trick of the color scheme. Basically, the scheme is a gradient of colors with every 4th color being black. This creates a stripe effect. I enabled color flow, which is why the colors appear to move toward the Mandelbrot set.

I generate all my fractal zoom videos with the program Kalles Fraktaler. This fractal is called the Mandelbrot set.
