That's a great question! The context will be whatever the loop is at the moment. Let's say you have a query loop, and you have a 'likes' block binding for instance. The 'likes' that appear will be for the each post within the query loop.

@@perezcarreno Yes, this worked well for binding the post url to a button in the query block. I've found it annoying in the past that I couldn't use a button in the query block that linked to the post. I had to manually style the "Read More" link to look like a button. The next thing I want to figure out, is a good way to hide the block if the binding source is empty or returns a certain value. With a button, I can target an empty href, but how do you hide a <p> if the binding is empty?

@@jastos return an empty string in the block binding if you want it to disappear. Returning null shows the fallback text instead.

@@ajaysahu6173 the first thing I would recommend, is to disable your other plugins temporarily and keep only Elementor active. If the button returns, then you can start activating your other plugins one by one and testing until you find which one (if any) is causing the issue. P.S. Always make sure to backup your site beforehand, and, if possible, work from a staging area, not on production.

Hello Pedro! In that case, this video is not about the issue you're facing. Here we specifically talk about the editor button not appearing because of an incompatibility with certain Autoptimize settings. I believe I saw another comment around here talking about another un-related solution regarding Gutenberg. Might be worth looking into. Anyway, as a general reference, if you don't see the button it will likely be an incompatibility with a theme/plugin you have, or, in a simpler but also common case, the page in question has never been opened in Elementor Editor, and thus the button will not show for it. I dod update alot of plugins! But deactivating plugins or changing to default wordpress theme is not helping :(

@@Bhjjjag34 if this started after updating multiple plugins, I would recommend reverting the site to how it was before (using your most recent backup). Then, from the working version of the site, update each plugin, one by one, and make sure it doesn't break. If one of the plugin updates caused the site to break, you'll see which one it was and can dive deeper into the issue. This is why it is so important to always create a backup of the site before updating plugins. :)

The title may be confusing, but the video is for people who had an issue caused by both Autoptimize and Elementor together. In other words, if you didn't have Autoptimize before, adding it won't help your issue. Autoptimize was the cause of the problem, the video shows how to fix the problem caused by Autoptimize. If not, open the page in the regular Wordpress backend editor and from there, click on the blue "Edit with Elementor" button. :)

@@ivanzhaohe I see where the confusion might be now. :) Two things: 1. You do not need Autoptimize to for this to work. This video is actually about how to fix a bug between Autoptimize and Elementor 3 and upwards. It is good that you have it, as it makes the site faster, but is definitely not required for the button to show. 2. The "Edit with Elementor" button doesn't appear on all pages in WordPress. It only appears on pages that you have previously edited with Elementor or that have been created using Elementor in the first place. For example: Create a new blank page when the regular WordPress editor opens, click on the blue button that says "Edit with Elementor", which will open up the editor for you (for that page). Then if you save that page, any time in the future when you visit it as an admin, you will see the "Edit with Elementor" tab at the top as I showed in the video. I hope this makes sense, otherwise, I'll try to clarify it further. :)
