Best rock band this (short) century. As far as I'm concerned, this is the perfect 00's pop-punk/pop-rock song. It's all the best things about all the fun parts of that time and music but unlike those songs, it has a kickass guitar solo... AND THEN ANOTHER GUITAR SOLO! The perfect 00's pop-punk song.

If you like such complex and confusing music, you should definitely give Hanabie a listen too. And if you want complex and confusing rock, then watch the music video for the song Spiderweb by the band BRATS, their last and most experimental song.

Now that you've gotten to know Maximum The Hormone, you should also take a look at Hanabie, who started out as a Maximum The Hormone cover band and also has a lot of changes in tempo, style and genre in their songs. We Love Sweets or Otaku Lovely Densetsu are good to start with. And of course more MTH.
