Hi Joesph. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. the vast majority of people who viewed this house absolutely loved it. The quality and attention to detail was extraordinary. Whilst this is not to everyone's taste, it was unquestionably well done. You are of course entitled to your opinion and clearly this was not to your taste, but publicly bagging it is unnecessary and disrespectful to the person who clearly put a lot of effort into it. Please give that some consideration.

Hello Peter, I remember this house had a tennis court when it was first completed in the early 90’s and was designed by Leon Spiccia. I see the tennis court has been replaced by a guest house now. Which builder constructed this house?

Hi Rich-Perth. Sorry for the delayed response! We were not monitoring the comments on the videos. Our oversight, now fixed. You are absolutely right. This house did have a tennis court where the guest house now is. The house was built by Spicca and Associates. The guest house was built in 2008-2009. Matt Buckley designed it and Quattro Homes built it. I hope that helps. You may also have seen that we have had a new price since Christmas: $9.9mil
