This video was to share a strategy called wholtailing. Before we purchased the property, we did a inspection on the property to determine what all was wrong with the home. If we did not sell the home within the first three weeks, we would’ve done a full renovation and would do a traditional flip. As far as being advice, I don’t give advice. I teach through my actual experience then show receipts

I feel you man. It’s tough but I always done. But here’s the thing, when we buy from wholesalers, we have to do one after we give the non refundable deposit.

Yes. So when dealing with wholesalers, you have to give a deposit in order to lock the property. This allows you to do a property inspection. Long story short, it’s better to lose a $5000 deposit rather than losing 20,000 on a deal because he didn’t realize there was mold, termites, and foundation issues

No one denies inspection if it’s not contingent to your contract and refund of the deposit. You can always have the inspection for your own information
