I know English isn't your first language. But, you have to practice your delivery. Don't speak with such clipped sentences. Silence and then suddenly a rapid sentence is hard to hear and understand. Slow down and even out your speech, practice being more distinct and clear in your pronunciation and stop saying "OK" to conclude every other sentence. This act of practicing your diction will help you increase your following because your content is fine.
