Great video mate, and another new word popping up 'Skitchy' 🤣 Seems when you follow Marc it is just as dangerous with the rocks flying by! Never seen it so dry there!

@@ElectricMountainBiker really dry, still found mud in the woods though...obvs. That rock was scary size of my fist flew up and went whizzing passed at head height. Good excuse for steering into the side I reckon. All sorts of rubbish comes out of my mouth as I'm riding along but I quite like Skitchy 😜. Cheers mate.

@@readikus the top of that first black trail was ridiculous. Just needs maintenance really. I shouldn't complain really. Still loads of great stuff there and I suppose some trails go out of fashion 👍

What a great video Jonathan quality of picture outstanding, lovely dry dusty trails summer is here at last. Heather will be in bloom soon so the purple heather brigade photographers will be out in force. You must have an ‘off’ in every one of your videos. Keep it up

Ace video Jonathan, epic day, i wasn't sure what to expect from this ride, turned out to be one of my favourite rides, 4 descents, 3 of which were completely new to me, loved that last trail, great laughs all day, especially your mud bath tumble 🤣🤣 hopefully we haven't seen the last of this lovely sunshine 👍

Great video mate and well ridden in those conditions. They look like fantastic trails, a thousand times better than the official guff for sure. Not somewhere I would make a six hour round trip to ride but it’s great to see that no matter where you go on our fair isle, there’s amazing trails. Who said MTB was dying? Us real riders know the truth and the fact that no matter where you go, there are ace trails that people have put real effort into creating, proves that our beautiful sport/hobby is alive and kicking 👍

Some people will always flirt with it coz it looks cool I guess but for some people it's in the blood.... even though I'm not a great rider it's definitely part of me and finding ace trails brings joy even if some scare me 😂

Brilliant trails there, but yes a revisit in the dry is needed i think there mate 😅and the bit at 14:45 is tougher than it looks , great video and riding in them conditions 👍

Definitely worth a visit up that way. Whitby is ace for a few days sightseeing and chip eating. Fair few places around for riding too. Next vid is Dalby off piste some ace stuff there but frustratingly the conditions were tricky.

A perfect summary really that. So disappointed I didn't get to ride the other stuff. I had planned to ride another 5 or 6. I would have been totally cooked though. It's a steep bit of a hill that one. Definitely a great place to visit if you're up that way. Cheers Ant.

The amount of slop.was frustrating, also the fact it was bone dry in other parts, very inconsistent. Made it very difficult to get speed up. Certainly the trails there are really good though and I saw a fraction of what is on offer. 👍
