[TW: medical emergency, disability, emotional distress] . . . . I've been with my mom in the hospital since yesterday when she had a heart attack. I'm autistic and ADHD, and her full-time caretaker. It's been hard for me to regulate my brain, nervous system, and emotions and not freak out. Listening to these episodes helps calm me, because they are relaxing and familiar, but also keeps the ADHD part of my brain from getting so bored that I zone out and start dwelling on anxious thoughts again. I live in the US and don't know of any other way I can access this program, besides KZfaq. So thank you for the upload, at a time when I really need it.
