@@JohnBartmannMusicThe original always gives me and my wife goosebumps, and this arrangement more so… it’s so perfect for that podcast in my opinion, evoking the hope and determination of ancient armies marching across dusty plains whilst reflecting on the long term futility of those now defunct civilisations… I’m awaiting a whole symphony on that theme from you - no pressure! ❤ Seriously, well done.

While I think this piece is amazingly beautiful in its own right, the grand historical context added by the Fall of Civilizations makes it zero in on a unique melancholic nostalgia that neither work alone could achieve. It makes me sad for everything that has ever been lost to the relentless march of time yet also instills a deep peace from seeing the beauty that I too, and the civilization I know, will inevitably pass as well and the seeds left will eventually blossom into something greater than I can imagine.
@JohnBartmannMusic23 күн бұрын

Well spotted! The so-called gypsy scale in this vid has some overlap with the arabic (harmonic minor) scale, although to play arabic music properly you'd need an instrument with 1/4 tone intervals, like a baghlama

First off, your albums are amazing. 2ndly I've been using "Jerry" as an alternative theme for my Seinfeld create-a-wrestlers and the song finally got flagged, which is weird because I thought it was made to be used in other projects. I've also used one off your streaming album for my channel trailer which i hope is cool, and here's how I've been using "Jerry": kzfaq.info/get/bejne/r7uXg6Slvsi2e58.html Anyway, good stuff across all your albums!

@@JohnBartmannMusic eh, thats cool, I put the link. I better check that my channel trailer has the same. You definitely should be having more views. Usually with my silly AI wrestling I just bank that half the music is gonna get flagged. And it does... But sometimes I'm surprised by what doesn't get flagged. Like neither the Drake or Kendrick track I used their characters got flagged but GG Allin does get flagged, which is hilarious to me and also if I run a match with Hulk Hogan, not only does it get flagged for copyright, the content gets banned in Russia, LOL

One of the reasons I started following you is your tips&tricks you're using with all the templates you're creating. Choose a genre for a vid, make a sound and break down it for us.
