What a tragic loss of a young, beautiful life in a pointless, tyrannical war. 'The American dream died in the jungles of Vietnam.'😭

That was so sad. I had no idea it would end like it did. I cried when I read Mark was killed in Vietnam. And I cried for the teacher. He was a respectful young boy and it seemed to carry on to young adulthood. Please be kind to others. We never know what life brings our way.

RIP Mark. My grandpa fought in 'Nam, I've never asked him about it, I already know it's a subject he wont talk about from my mom, who asked him several times, all he would say is "I did terrible things, and wrecked so many people's lives, war is a terrible thing." Always stuff along those lines, but he'll tell you some things like what rank he was, or what branch he was in, I never asked though, but this just makes me wonder (about details he would NEVER share) did he know Mark, or other people who didn't know what they were doing, and died for no reason? One thing he will tell us though, is that as soon as he arrived back in America, a blonde woman spit in his face and called him a murderer, he said it took all of the strength he had to not yell at the woman, he would tell us (again only a little bit) he didn't even know exactly what the war was even for, to be honest, I don't know why America was involved either, I agree with him though, war IS terrible, war wrecks lives, rest in peace to everyone who died in 'Nam or any other war, thank you for your service to anyone else who survived wars. You may have done terrible things against your will, but we thank you, for all you have done, I'm sure you want to forget the details that may haunt your dreams, but remember, your loyalty to your country is truly inspiring, unlike Donald "Captain Bone Spurs" Trump who bought his way out of the war, and was then elected president, you are truly American heroes. We thank you for your service, and we solute you.

That is so lovely. I am sure most people have doubts what other people think of them. If they realised that people think highly of them life would be a little easier.

This stupid video started showing up on videos that I have saved. Also I am now getting advertising before most of the things I try to watch. I am a Vietnam vet and a senior citizen. I enjoy KZfaq but you are charging $12.00 monthly to get rid of the ads. That is ludicrous!!! I guess I'll have find something to replace your app!!!!

The Moral is simple enough here. Never stop anyone from speaking or making their mark, as an individual they have both the Right and Duty to speak. Furthermore, Never go to war and fight for politicians or any flag. Did they really respect him ?

I am annoyed that I have not been able to read the text till the end. In case you want to advertise your other videos, kindly prolong each video by a few seconds of 'irrelevant' data and add to your end screen.

too bad interrupted at the end with advertisement, hard to share it like that, it ruins the story and if based on a true story, then it didn't serve him full justice although started off as beautiful and touching
