I always wanted to see a chronological Lost, but goodness gracious sakes alive, watching Lock's life before the Island in order is far more depressing than when interspersed with wonderful moments of growth and wisdom on the Island, such as him teaching Walt to visualize how to throw the knife, or teaching Charlie about the moth, or Boone about the trebuchet and Michelangelo. This is so sad. Partly, that's due to the sheer brilliance of Terry O'Quinn's performance. Thanks for the video!

The fact you can have almost a whole movie based on these peoples lives and it’s non inclusive of the island shows the brilliance in the writing of a lot of these characters.

Blows my mind how anyone can defend Sarah having an affair, then privately planning to move out without saying a single thing to Jack, only telling him when Jack freely admitted that another woman had kissed him. She did Jack dirty after all theyd been through together.

Jack was NOT the bad guy in that situation. even the last scene with her outside the police station, she made it seem it was because of Jack she left, maybe.. as he was working late for who knows how long but yea... and he could have been open up to her more, but still! in that scene, he did nothing wrong, as she wouldnt say who the guy was or even listen when Jack TRIED to talk about it! she already made up her mind and was final. she's the good guy and Jack was the bastard villain, maybe if she wasnt so cold and acted how she did, Jack probably wouldnt get so upset and attacked his father at the AA meeting, and he may still have been sober during that surgery.

These aren’t in chronological order. They are in the order they were shown in the show, but the scene with him going into Christian’s surgery trying to fix his mistake was a good 3 months before he went to Australia. Because Christian went to Australia because he could not cope with the falling out, Jack went to bring him back.
@letsrock172910 ай бұрын
They are in chronological order. As just one example, we don't see Jacob show up and give Jack the candy bar until S5. Maybe you are due for a rewatch 😉

These flashbacks are so frustrating because the others were actively trying to recruit John all his life but to be the person the island needed meant he had to let the rest of the world kick him around for a few decades.
