So for me the xattr -cr <filepath> bit didnt work because it doesnt recognize the R parameter. Turns out xattr -c <filepath> works for me. This MAY be due to multiple incompatible versions of xattr existing on the system for some reason. The alternative version would be /usr/bin/xattr -rc which DOES seem to work

hey, thanks, but first i had a problem as it copied an alias of the app on the desk instead of moving it. So I copied it on desktop and deleted the app in the Applications folder. Then it did not work. It says "xattr: invalid option -- /". Any other recommandations? :'(
