Takes me back to the shellscrape. The should of rain on the bivvy was the only thing to calm me down enough to get 30 minutes of sleep before some crow back would tell me I'm on stag.

I’m still so young yet simple things like getting up in the morning make me feel dread inside, I’m afraid my friends might all hate me, and i have heavy social anxiety (diagnosed) unmedicated, The Lord is my lexapro, and hopefully, one day, I’ll get my hands on the real thing, whilst being equally as close to God. God bless all of you 🙏🙏

В детстве я пугался грозы. Понимал, насколько она была опасна благодаря моей бабушке. Но смотрел на нее сквозь деревянное окно в деревне, в которой проводил каждое лето. Окно было старым, с уже отслаивающейся краской. Но я не придавал последнему значения. Гроза и дождь были томными и кучными. Смотря на них я понимал, что человек никогда не будет властен над природой. Засыпая под приоткрытым окном и звуками дождя мне снились самые чудные сны. Живя в городе такого никогда не получится. Цените ваших близких, бабушек и дедушек. Долг общества - заботиться о старшем поколении.

I m a mom over a very wonderful young man who has adhd as well as autism n by the end of the night I'm exhausted but then I just lay in bed with my mind racing (I too have ADHD) n was struggling horribly with insomnia n it got to a point one night I was in tears n searched sounds to help u fall asleep n found these ones n omg thank u I'm finally able to get a good night sleep.! Now if only there were an app for relieving back pain id b set 🤣🤷
