എനിക്ക് football കളിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണ് അങ്ങനെ മടങ്ങിയത്.....കാൽ നിലത്തു കുത്താൻ പോലും പറ്റുന്നില്ല... പേടി ആകുന്നു.... Sir പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ കാൽ പാദം ചലിപ്പിച്ചുള്ള exercise ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല... തളർന്ന പോലെയായി കാല് 🥺.... എനിക്ക് ആണെങ്കിൽ മറ്റന്നാൾ ആണ് license test .... കണ്ണി മുതൽ വിരൽ വരെ കാല് full നീര് വന്നത് കൊണ്ട് sir പറഞ്ഞ exercise ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല
