After researching a bit, this seems like the route I'm gonna try! Plus trying to add a veggie at each meal

Drink water first thing in the morning.You also need to download an app to keep track of what you eat and be in caloric deficit .Eat loads of protein, ( breakfast ,lunch and dinner ) low carb and loads ( half of the plate) of low calorie vegetables. Vegetables needs garlic, onions ,salt pepper and olive oil !

Small swaps would help so much! Get the 100 calorie ice cream sammies or swap for fruit, use half pasta and make it a protein pasta and use half veg, make sometbing like a nice cream with frozen banana. 😊

That spaghetti looks really good! In the nordics we have bags of frozen veggies, some which have a lil flavour. Maybe you guys have those too? Those are usually quite good. I guess I'm also weird because i love veggies as is, like plain boiled broccoli and sweet peas! And my mom would grate carrots when I was a kid and squeeze lemon on top. Top tier if you ask me :)

while canned veggies are convenient they are always kind of disappointing imo, my favorite veggie OF ALL TIME is baked broccoli: oven at 400 F, oil pan, add broccoli, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the non fancy parmesan cheese you talk about in this video 😂 spray it with oil, bake for like 12 min or crispy then flip and put back in and get both sides real nice and crispy.. i promise you will LOVE and don't be shy with the parmesan!! I literally eat this as a snack all the time! It holds up pretty good in the fridge too if you want to make it ahead of time

You definitely need to use olive oil instead of butter and you have to leave the carbs out! No bread and no sweeteners. As soon you use these your metabolism stops and you won’t loose weight!
@Fayvor21 күн бұрын
This is absolutely not true! Yes you can start losing weight when you cut out carbs, but this is mostly waterweight since carbs hold on to water more. You won't lose any fat, and will probably gain the waterweight back when you start to eat carbs again To lose weight you need to be in a slight!!! calorie deficit, and as long as carbs (breads, pasta etc.) fit the deficit, you should be able to lose weight.
@darbiwest393420 күн бұрын
That's not true at all 😂

Hello, I am 5"10 30-35 y/o male who currently weighs 63-64k, and when I started my weight loss I was 74kg. What I did in order to lose the weight was meal prep, and weigh all food I was consuming, and only ate things I could numerically count to add to a total calorie total at the end of each day. The main food I would eat would be meat (Easily weighed with no bones - Precooked), Vegetables such as carrots, Green Beans, and Sweat Potatos, blueberries, dark chocolate (70% cocoa), Duck fat, or Olive oil, Turmeric, and Pepper. I would also have as a naughty treat McDonalds McChicken patty's which are 160c each, with big mac sauce which is 70 calories each. A lunch snack would end up being 230c for 1 patty, or 390c for 2 patty's w/big mac sauce. It's much more satiating over eating foods that make you hungrier such as bread, and milk products. I would substitute my drinks for fermented drinks, this would be in the form of Water Kefir which is VERY low in calories, the brand I used was roughly 78cal per bottle of 750ml which means I can have a few sips with my breakfast, and dinner, and it has no real impact on my caloric intake. Not to mention the health benefits you receive from the beneficial bacteria you're introducing into your gut. I have Ulcerative Colitis, so, I'm quite sensitive to certain foods, and drinks. I can appreciate the sensitivity in our individual diets based on our own bodies as we're each individuals. What works for me might not work for you, etc. I do base my diet around health preservation, brain health, and the health of the gut microbiota. Foods that make you hungrier than when you first started eating such as breakfast cereals, milk, bread, pasta, are all big no no's as you're fighting with your biology. The last thing you want to do is get food cravings, that's why so many of us fail in our diets, because, well we're putting the wrong things into our bodies. When attempting to lose weight consistently, my goal was to consistently lose weight while not feeling like I'm starving. 500 calories below my BMR, obviously, exercise would influence the amount of calories I could intake to be at that 4-500 caloric deficit. One day a week would be my Maintenance day, mind you, I said MAINTENANCE, not cheat day. This would typically be a Saturday/Sunday, where I could treat myself to a caloric intake around what my body would take to maintain its body weight. This not only makes me feel better, but it also allows for you to feel the reduction in size of your stomach now, because it will feel stretched on these days. The whole idea of a diet is to be able to have it forever. It should be what you would honestly eat daily and not consider it to be a hindrance on your life. It's important to be able to cook your food properly, as a cooked Carrot is going to obviously taste a whole lot better than a raw one. The importance of properly cooking your food to what is delicious is important. Nobody wants to eat bad tasting healthy foods. The biggest Issue I had was being able to increase my calories after achieving my goal, as this was quite a shock to my reduced stomach size.

For the vegetables, I recommend using the "Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Cooking Spray" with zero calories. Put some fresh green beans (or any other chopped vegetables) in a large ziplock bag, spray the oil inside the bag to coat them, then use salt, pepper, and garlic powder to season them. Shake it up in the bag and then put them on a baking sheet. Cook them in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 25-30 mins. :)

Maybe try making sure you're eating a serving size if you don't want to count calories. That way you're not going over without knowing it.

Just found this video, but I feel you! I have 2 under 2 on my own no coparenting or family members.. so much energy goes into just keeping the house work and babies alive hah. I am lucky if I get a 10 minute workout once they’ve gone to bed. One day it will get easier, but the struggle is real as a mum of little ones!

Maybe change your idea of what exercise is, like doing any home chore can be an exercise if done with enough Vigor, when standing doing dishes, do calf raises, just gotta get creative with it.

Hi! Swede here! found you today and i just want to say keep at it!! Youre doing so well. If you want a more traditional low kcal side to meatballs and gravy try ”rotmos” it is made the same way as mashed potatos but you use whatever rootveggies are in season. Ill be keeping up!
