Did you know traditional grip has very little benefits vs a hybrid technique where you use your fingers and wrist. Traditional grip is only for very odd angles of drums like a drummer boy from the war. The drum is on the side and that grip was used for that kind of stuff. I am not sure why people use it still on drum sets. I don't think they know why either. Probably just years of doing that grip and it never went away in some genres.

Traditional Grip it's a Powerful Grip. I play both Grips, Matched and Traditional. But Traditional its my Favourite. Thats what you write its wrong "is only for very odd angles" here i see, you never check it right. But why it's necessary that you write that for me? Its like you write a Pencil its old school, we have a Pens for Pads. you condemn things. Thats not cool. I have a Left and a Right Side, and with Traditional Grip i can do much cool Stuff, i can play Relax, powerful and and and... It's interesting that you take your Time for nonsense like that. You also don't can write Blue Hair its shit, all People should have Black Hair. The Human its individual, when something doesn't work for you, hey its ok, but dont write thing like that, that this Technique its old school, thats only ignorance. Keep the Beat and be friendly.

are the cymbals being recorded by the sensors or do you have a room/overhead mic for them?
@jazzdrummerworld

I use Mics and also Overheads. The Sensory its just on the Snare, Bass and Tom.

Do you have a preference between the 6 and 8? I mainly play funk and hip hop and kinda feel like the 6 has a more unique/electronic sound, was just wondering if it feels a bit small. Anyways, sorry for the long message was just curious if you were leaning towards one. Thoroughly digging your grooves!

Thank you!! I think the 6" its really cool for some Hip-Hop/Drum'n'Bass and Jungle Beats. Its small but works perfect and you can put it every where in the setup. I use it mostly for some Hip-Hop Stuff, has this special Effect :-)

Hell'o, These Tandem Drums Drops are really good apparently ! I'm going to buy a box ! 😋 Better than the Rohema Mr Muff, which must still cut the volume a lot even if it is a good product in my opinion ! Can you please do a review on the Tama Starphonic Copper 14x7 ? Thank you in advance, all the best ! Dave, 🤘😈🤘

Have you ever played with a DW Moon Mic and compared this Avantone Pro to it? I would assume the Avantone Pro is more of a deeper bass 808 sound but it seems the DW Moon Mic is so popular… curious your reply and thoughts..? Cheers Joe

Id rather have this than electric kit. I live in apartments with neighbors on all three side. Do you think they would hear it through thin crapy walls?
@jazzdrummerworld
@jazzdrummerworld Жыл бұрын
i think its always different. You have just then a Answer, when you try it and then you see, what Neighbours say. But its really cool as a Practice Kit. Just the Cymbals are maybe litte bit louder. Tama has always a Kit like that. Check Tama True Tuch Training Kit.
