I think you mean quiet, not quite. No, it`s just a different argument; if our own people are committing crime then it`s our crime, and much of that is coloured. When it`s `imports` then it`s just extra to what would have been here already. Also, fact is, there is a much higher rate of violent crime committed by ethnic minorities.
