The story of Ruth is such a beautiful story about a woman who waited for a man to be passed out drunk to have sex with him. He liked it but also felt obligated to make her his wife. In that day she could have been put to death by Stoning for what she did.. Just saying read it, the writer was being polite by just saying uncovering his feet. I'm going to wait much later to explain this story to my daughters.

Hey, recently I met a guy (long distance) who is christian, raised as one, serving in church... But I found out that in the first month in our communication he was in a 5 year relationship... He said that the relationship needed to end earlier but he was 1. Postponing and was afraid to tell me. 2. His girlfriend caught him speaking to others.. and thats how they ended the relationship.. He lied to me at first because I asked him if there are any other girls around.. I knew deep down something was wrong (that he has a secret..) and thats why I asked many questions untill he make a confession. He is saying that it was his mistake, and so on, was afraid to tell me the truth and afraid to loose what we have build for the past 4 months.. and now he wants to start fresh with me without any lies... Honestly, I am really confused what to do in this situation because he is a good person, but he has made such a big compromise... My trust towards his is broken, even though I am trying to understand as much as I can... I need an advice.

I’m a woman of celibacy of almost 22 years waiting, promise to God. I worked two jobs and I own business so I can barely make it to church often but the doesn’t hinder my relationship with God. So keep that mind. Please not everyone in church is saved and not everyone out of church isn’t saved. But you’re young and have a lot to learn about life. I was going often as much possible but thanks sleepy joe the encomy is in the toilet right now. I just want you not to be so quick to judge others because easy and I know I was guilty of it at one time you get this self righteous mindset because your life revolves around church you look down on others for not being there. Like I said I also had to realize and I repented of that mindset as well. Because when Jesus said to the Pharisees they me look good on outward appearance but inside be dead. Because of their self righteous mindset of being holier than thou. I’m not accusing but trying to teach on what you said as a lesson. Lot church folk have this disturbing views and it’s a sin in itself and not honoring God or please by turning other people who want to seek out God but are turned off with judgements by the congregation. Know as church hurt and I don’t want to be the reason why someone doesn’t find salvation with God saying to me during judgment so went to he’ll because how you treated them at church. I’ve witnessed others being mistreated recently at my church she claims to be holier than now and she doesn’t even realize once close friends of hers are no longer going to our church because of her judgment so hasn’t affected me directly but indirectly it hurts me to see others not knowing the love of God because of other fellow Christians.

My single season has now been 5 years. When I lived for the world, Satan threw so many women at me, to distract me. When I came back to God, nothing, 5 years, nothing. He simply refuses to give me someone, I feel that door shut and shut hatd and it makes absolutely no sense to me. What's the point anymore.... Congrats that He blessed you guys. Most don't ever see that a 2nd time.
