wow. amazing sound. however. i'm quite confused about CUBE-AUDIO and QUALIO. if both companies are under one umbrella ?. why not just ONE company with two different line of speakers.?. one is more affordable than the other. (the most expensive QUALIO goes for $7,500 while CUBE goes for $38,000). great video. thanks for sharing .

Thank you for your comment, yes as I know they are under same umbrella but I am not sure if the share holders is %100 same. I am sure one of them is. The Qualio works more like factory direct and Cube has sales network.

@@Dukkanhifi no wonder why CUBE cost a lot more Money. cause Dealers/Distributes have to make profit too. that explains why the Audio Equipment mark up is so HIGH .

I can't think of a single speaker that sounds better or offers so much technology for the money. Built-in amplifiers, active crossovers, onboard DAC, DSP. Add it up and compare to a similar sounding system with passive speakers.

Sound may be processed and digital..............Music is analog ..........another proof unless your soul is deaf. This technology by Soundslith is ashonishing ........but out of my budget . Wonderfull and nevertheless a reference for who's passion is to build a system for reproducing MUSIC !

Thank you for your comment, of course we record the analog output of the phono stage to a digital device, in this recording we used zoom H6, otherwise how can we put it on youtube? But it is not processed...

I know I’m just listening off KZfaq through like $300 speakers, but is it too weird to say I feel like I’m hearing mids properly for the first time? 🤔🤔😬 lol Definitely not used to thinking of MIDS feeling “airy” 😳🤷🏼‍♂️ The types of recordings had a lot to do with that, too, of course, but… huh…

Sorry but thr mimc star es sounds better than this. Listen to the KZfaq version of this song and you will know that soundsmith’s higher end is harsh gritty and colored.

Very nice indeed. And superb low bass foundation and dynamics, I have heard this bottom extension on the better BASIS decks from A.J., but they fell apart in the midrange. I do not recall the arm. Who designs the circuit on the soundsmith phono stage? Peter has come a long way from re-tipping b&o MMC cartridges - Sandy, near Boston, MA, U.S.A

What is the difference with the quad s4? I had them in the past en they were very emotional with voices but missed a little spark if you now what I mean. I play piano and think in the future the z3 can be a good upgrade. I have now kef r3 with Nad c298, c658 and its also very good.
