This is a stunning apartment with the exception of the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed but those narrow counters are awful. There is no work space in this kitchen for anything other than small, simple meals. It’s ridiculous for hosting dinners.

TRUE STORY - My home closing was held up for 2 hours (we all sat awkwardly in the lawyers office) waiting for the homeowners insurance binder. We went on vacation for a week the morning after the closing. During our one week away, the home was destroyed by a broken pipe on the top floor.

Hi Jason, most buyers engage their RE attorney once they have an accepted offer. This isn't too late, but I would recommend speaking with the attorney when you begin your search. Attorneys can help fully understand the purchase or sale process and may have helpful tips that are specific to your situation. Happy to discuss further if you have more questions.
