Hey everyone, I am looking for a psycho-crime-thriller from the 90's (maybe even early 2000s). I don't remember it's title nor who starred in it, except for a few scenes still on my mind. In one scene a male detective (cop) is kidnapped by two weirdo's serial killers who take him hostage. The kidnapped cop subdues one of the kidnappers, freeing himself. [That's not the main plot story, but what I still can flash on from the first time when I first had seen the flick]. The story centers around a serial killing spree which a detective has to put to an end, chasing after those two maniacs. I also do think that there were a video-taped killing (snuff recording) in the first part of the movie. It's too long ago. Any thriller film freaks out there ?
