Hi Dear, Your youtube video content is really good. but views and subscribers are much lower. To increase subscribers and views, you need to do channel SEO meaning your videos are not fully SEO. SEO is not friendly to your title. The SEO score is very low. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion. Mindfulness really helps. Just taking a few minutes to stop and breathe and close your eyes. Try to bring yourself back to the present moment for a sec. Maybe have like some baby carrots to the side so you have something sweet and juicy but crunchy to stimulate your senses in a calming way. Also putting ice on your wrist or on the back of your neck for a few minutes helps cool your nervous system.

Exactly! I enrolled mainly because I wanted to learn from relevant people and sources and wanted to be able to debunk the myths 😅 There are so many topics that are controversial and I think that taking a CPT course can really change the perspective on many topics
