How dry does the hair need to be beofre beginning the application. Damp? Can another clarifying shampoo be used or should it be Inca Glow clarifying shampoo? Thank you

Well…just ordered both the Shampoo and Conditioner to try out for my thinning hair from crash dieting and losing 30 pounds too fast, lol The Tonic is way too expensive plus I have a short haircut…both the Shampoo and Conditioner should be enough. I will find out…

Just got my new 4 in 1 product yesterday Nd I am sooooooo excited to use it. Chopped 6 inches off my hair and highlighted in last week. Been doing stand alone olaplex treatments once a week at home(I have a license but don't work in a salon) and I think this is going to be the Last piece of the puzzle;)

Love this product! But trust me, I didn't at first 😂 I have medium stick straight hair & used way too much two different times & didn't rinse it out properly which made my hair a waxy, heavy mess. After using a tiny amount from roots to ends (cuz even though it's a conditioning treatment it's still color, so you wouldn't color just your mid lengths to ends) & rinsing for much longer than before my hair is left shiny, vibrant AND CLEAN. fyi I do use the take home treatment
