I will say this, I appreciate the information and instructions. Also that, if you’re new to yoga, it’s Ok to not be perfect especially in the beginning. It took me weeks to get my flow down, be able to move into each pose fluidly and even move into them without stepping and hopping and modifying. The more I went the easier it got for me, also because I was more comfortable and my body was more limber. I was stiff at first and had to work my way up so don’t give up if you’re not doing it 100 percent correct. I moved and haven’t been to class in months. So I feel like a beginner all over again which brought me here!!! I’m Ok with starting over, just not from scratch this time. I needed a refresher and so did my body lol 😂

Thank you for doing this video without all the added blah blah blahing. Thank you for doing this video as a REAL instructional and not as a "exercise along" video. This way I can go at my own pace & keep practicing until it becomes habit. Thank you for not having wierd or obnoxious music playing in the background. Thank you for scripting the pose names on the video. Being new to this & a middle aged woman, my hearing is not what it used to be. When people speak, it often sounds like people talk to fast & learning something I don't know sounds like rambling. Not that you did! 😊 Your voice was clear & pleasant. That's what people expect from Yoga. There is probably more that I could thank you on but I just don't want to brag for you too much... 😂 Lol In other words, GREAT VIDEO! Namaste

After trying various medications for my anxiety with no success, I decided to go the natural route with Planet Ayurveda. Their herbal remedies have significantly reduced my anxiety symptoms. I feel calmer and more focused throughout the day. Thank you, Planet Ayurveda, for giving me my life back.

I couldn't find any way to contact the author (or anyone else in editorial on the Well+Good website) of the article "Can You Get Food Poisoning From Ice Cream? These Are the Common Mistakes to Avoid" by Tehrene Firman (Updated July 05, 2022). Among the bullet points for "How can you avoid food poisoning from ice cream?", the last one is: "If making ice cream at home, make sure to use unpasteurized products." Does that sound right to you, or should it be "...make sure to use *pasteurized* products"? If it is a typo, it could be a life-threatening mistake. Please contact the editors for me about what seems like a dangerous error.
