What is it that I feel pressure/weight pushing down on my fingers especially middle & ring finger? Then most of my pain is up the inside of my forearm and can go into my shoulder. I was told I have “mild carpal tunnel syndrome” yet I really am in pain. I feel my hands are becoming claw-like. And I drop almost everything.

Man, I can tell how my weak my forearms are from doing these warm up exercises. The upwards wrist extensions already burning my forearms lol. And I'm not a weak guy, I can pick up 100lbs off the ground but my forearms are not there lol. Somewhat small wrist diameter also.
