bro im trying to reach rank 1 soj in this game mode , does it change if I have 90% accuracy instead of %95 for exemple ?

Nah, pretty sure you just need 70% or more accuracy on both the normal spray and railgun to hit the stat cap.

If you want rank 1 you need to hit the max stats (see description for details) and emblems while going as fast as possible. You earn bonus points for each second you have left at the end of a run. I doubt my videos have the most optimal pathing / routes but its a good starting point.

Too many. Probably over 100 attempts. The bots at the end move unpredictably which can ruin the run.

If you attempt to go for a perfect score pay attention to Tracer's statistics as you will need the following: -70% or more accuracy with your pistols -4 Recalls with 50 or less hp, the recalls needs to recover some health in order to count -4 to 6 pulse bomb kills, enemies damaged by pulse bomb but finished by Tracer still count

You need to use recall while below 50 hp 4 times. Pulse bomb is an easy way to take a lot of damage in short time frame.
