Mediocre Design not enough pool deck space what's up with those small windows through out the house above your head prison windows, to much rock and Desert Landscape how' about some pretty green artficial grass!

I've been saying this for a very long time I love Chakits and how he's always grinding and giving us new content and I love his content. But I don't like him not being real with his fan base and subscribers concerning these homes and builders. Just because he loves a builder doesn't mean you shouldn't keep it real about how the builder continues to drops ball. Blue Heron has nice homes but they use cheap materials all the time and overprice they're properties. Please start keeping it real bra because we're the ones supporting your channel for real dawg. Stop kissing up to these money hungry builders that's not putting out the best product. I've always supported this channel with a big thumbs up but you gotta start being real with us bra about these properties. God Bless!

Living between Lower Alabama and Andulucia in South Spain this is a shock,,,over in Spain this would be classified as an HOA/urbanization property (with pool and finished landscaping) and about half a million dollars...I'm not being rude but it is what it is...more and note celebs are moving here,,,Russell Crowe has a rural casa not 12 miles away from us...love the property but remove a zero and you can have it here...love your channel... ...ps freeholds work,,,HOA have your balls,,,😀

A certain caliber of people that can afford this home are not concerned about the things the commenters are. This home is not an Entertainment home or designed for the outdoor living type. This is an Executive Home not MTV Cribs, the Individual who buys this is Wealthy not Rich. I do like the house for the design and layout but not a fan of the steps everywhere.

Doesn’t matter if you’re poor or rich, people will always be nosy… there’s a reason why the homes that are elevated are first to be sold, and homes down below with no privacy (especially for a $6M home) are sitting vacant.
