hmm need manega you don't need viola if you have molu and tithi. the scare is on turn 3 or turn 4 if got all front posions the next turn will hit random target head shots. need remover like alfyn or soleil. if you don't have remover posions try with molu to evade the head shots and let other have posions backrow they will stock on headshots and yes add allies from hell: cragspear if low sp you get 125 sp and more posions 3 turns. let molu low sp and frontrow. hope this help you.
