I make my vintage tape with Alcohol inks and I use clear tape. And after I get it done, I cut them in half lengthwise because back in the day, and I remember because of being born in the 50's we didn't have thick tape. It was always half size. I have never even thought to make these with Distress Inks. Thanx I will have to try that next.

I used distress inks because that's what I had. Lol, I had seen a video from Tonya @LetsDesignCreative do hers with ink and thought I should just try it, and it worked. The only difference with mine I noticed is that the color looks matte, and it bleeds. Thanks for watching! 🥰💗

Are you using Mod Podge for glue or?

I used PVA glue, but you can use mod podge or any glue. You can use 3 in one or beacon fabric tac. Whatever is easier for you.

Your journal is gorgeous! I am also doing the Junk Journal July challenge. I love the older ones you showed as well. I like how you made your accordion pages and decorated some of them with the vintage pages. The washi tape was a great compliment to the pages! I can't wait to see what you make for each prompt. Thank you, Gina!! I used Hammersmill premium Color Copy Cover paper 60 lb. For the digitals and the pressed flowers. The colors are much brighter in this paper than linen paper or 24 lb. Copy paper.

The best thing to do is actually put on either a matte or gloss medium just brush it on when you're done and it puts a plastic coating on it but it doesn't smell just for your I lost my place Glass Museum will dry and if it gets wet you can just wipe it off Mod Podge can stay tacky for a long long time and if it gets wet it'll come right off anyway good luck with your projects it's really fun long time
