That is the perfect size twists. You definitely will get a nice twist out once you take them out. That is perfectly imperfect as you say 😂☺️ My twists never look like this. Yours is wearable, mine not as much. But I’ll keep practicing.

Hi! Yes, I try to be intentional upfrront so my style can last for 7-10 days. Again, its more work upfront, but less work throughout the next 7-10 days. You can get the sprayer from Amazon. Search "continuous mist spray bottle".

It’s so relatable hearing you talking about weight and your waist! I turned 40 this year and out of nowhere I have (slightly) high cholesterol and don’t recognize my core! This last year was full of changes for me and definitely fell off the wellness wagon but trying to get back on is a test I was never prepared for. Protein is my downfall, I’ve been a vegetarian since I was a teenager, Fairlife drinks haven’t become my lifeline

When I do my hair like this it just doesn’t look like this! It becomes like a big fluffy mess. I always go to coils, but I would like to do an easier method, but I have not had any success.
