Hi Johnny, I'm Kamei with PetCollective- LA based media company. Our team saw your video titled "Unexpected Allies: For years I've tried to befriend the woodpeckers. Finally, one landed in my hand, hiding nuts for later. Moments later, a sneaky squirrel swipes them, only to face the woodpecker's wrath. Watch the showdown!", and we'd like to feature it our platforms! We partner with creators like yourself, to share their videos and license to TV Shows, online publishers, and advertising agencies. You'd earn 50% of the profit every time it gets used by a client. We think your video is a great fit for a partnership!

It is a shithole today, invite the 3rd world, become the 3rd world, we used to organise a works outing to London every year in the 60s & 70s, i wouldn't go today if you paid me, and we know who has spoilt it don't we ?.

Unfortunately the revolving restaurant (on the 71st floor) top of a hotel near me in the US no longer is allowed to rotate. Because somebody let their child run loose during dinner, the child got into something it shouldn't have, and got stuck in the rotation mechanism and killed. Because one parent could not keep their child at the table now it cannot operate.

I don’t understand why people don’t give credit to the old actors because of their effects. Lynda Carter was a much better WW than Gal Gadot.

I was I in 67 living T Brentwood at the time, would never dressed like that, I came to live near Sloan Square in 1983, a slightly different affair with its ‘Sloane Rangers’, women in furs looking right though me, the area was cold and bare, there were punk rockers, Routemaster buses, Woolworths selling cans of Coke for £50, those weren’t the days, as it was tough times for me.

The telephone typing thing was started by British Rail building on older systems utilised by the prior rail companies from pre-war, at Waterloo in the eighties you could ring a extension, dictate ones letter and 5 to 10 mins later it would be on your desk in an envelope waiting for signature etc and I believe the one in Euston house was even quicker. Incidentally nice shots of Hungerford Bridge and Charing Cross's long long gone signalbox, it was a much nicer world back then :)

I always like to put the amounts in inflation calculators. £16.00 pay per week in 1968 is about £347.76 per week in 2024, £18.083.72 per year in 2024, US$22,966.07 or about $11.04 per hour. The 6p per 15 minutes in the meter is £1.30 per 15 minutes today, £5.20 per hour or $6.60. Not enough pay if you ask me. Be nice to the traffic warden. I wonder if the 19 people all lined up so politely and dressed nicely to watch the argument at the start of this film, would step in if they start punching each other (it's the way things are now). Anyway, parking meters still don't give change, but they now take credit cards.

Of course if they fast-forward to 2024 and looked at what goes on at a U.S. Starbucks (that have long displaced other coffee houses), it will be a story of the zombie lifestyle. No local bands playing in a Starbucks. Instead, most customers just circle the drive-thru. Those zombies, I mean customers, who do venture inside never take their eyes off their smartphones. They assume the smartphone posture: Sitting at a table and staring down, unaware of their surroundings. Even if the coffee shop is on fire, they might not notice. There's no business negotiations going down in Starbucks. Few customers are even talking. They might not have learned to talk. The only social interaction they've known all their lives is looking at the smartphone. They probably won't even talk to a barista to order, since they don't have that skill. They do, though, know the Starbucks mobile app and TikTok. If they have any goals in life, it's to order through the mobile app a drink with as many extras as the app will allow, so they can post it on TikTok. Once they're done with their drink (if they do drink it), they stumble out the door, only to return the next day to order again. This time they'll post on TikTok how Starbucks is so expensive that they're nearly destitute. This is 2024. We're doomed.

Groovy and far out, but I can't help but think the people in this film who are alive are now in their late 70's or 80's. :/
