I just bought the Klein tools, They are very similar to the Toughbuilt ones and I had the same problem, they don't work for my little chicken legs 😢😢

Regarding the 2nd knee pad, the does the hinged feature keep the knee pad from sliding down? Because the top section secures well above the knee? I noticed some knee pads have the hinge feature so I wondered if it would hold the knee pad in place. The knee pads I wear are hard shelled and I end up kneeling on the top edge of the knee pad because of slippage.

@@jodie1424Hi Jodie. Unfortunately not, I have yet to find a pair that does not slide, except perhaps the ProKnee (check out more recent videos). You will pay a lot for it, but they're measured to fit each individual.

@@AndyChipling hi Andy. What do you mean by dust guard? The clear plastic pieces that clip on the base next to the blade (which are supposed to help prevent splintering), or the extractor port that connects into the rear (I can't find that either).

Thanks for this, had to go through a bit of a faff with HMRC to get a UTR but I got there in the end. One thing that's come up on my end is I'm also getting asked for Irish residency info (even though I do not currently, nor have I ever lived in Ireland) Anyone got any clue how I can get rid of that or go through the form without the non-existent paperwork it's wanting?

I know this is about the multitool. But if you want to convert a DeWalt tool to chase, you can get an angle grinder groove conversion fitting which you can use for the dewalt angle grinder. It fits up to 4 blades and is very handy for chasing

Quick safety observation. Always remove battery when replacing blade. 2:08, your other hand is near the trigger and while other hand is replacing blade.. am sweating over here for that maneuver.

This was great. I have a complete refurb coming up and you convinced me to get the proper chasing tools for cement. I have seen a twin disc attachment for a grinder which will save work. Surprised people still have phone sockets these days and not ethernet socket. Why run two chases? is it against code to run power and telephone/network cable in the same chase? (I appreciate noise/hum interference over a longer run may be an issue for untwisted cables). Finally, is it code for channels to be either horizontal only or vertical only now cable detectors are so cheaply available? Subscribed 👍 Thanks for the tips

Thank you, glad I could help. Depending on where you live.. In the UK, TV, phone etc cables have to be a minimum 50mm from electrical cable, for the reason you stated. Electrical cable must run vertical/horizontal to the accessory(s). Diagonal is not acceptable, the regulation was brought in after an MPs daughter was killed. Also so you're aware, (I assume that by a refurb you're having a rewire)? This work (along with most electrical work), is notifiable to building regulations, and therefore requires a test certificate. Most electricians will not sign off work they themselves have not completed. Good luck with it, I'd love to hear how you get on with it. 💪🤘

Even though I'm abroad (expat) and the local electrical work is just below clown level compared to UK, I shall be working to code (UK where possible) and will have the plans and a test certificate signed off. This is for multiple reasons including legal, insurance liability etc as the unit is a condominium. I will leave the finishing to the locals as they are cheap as chips but I don't trust them to work to plans for the rewire of power, lights, ethernet, security etc. It'll be interesting as I left/sold all my tools back in the UK!

Thanks for your comment, but that was the point, to show the difficulties of the standard spanner vs the wera. Working on an engine for example, that screw could be a brake line or another obstacle that can't easily be moved. The demo box was designed to be difficult.

Ive got the 12v version, DCS353. It’s smaller and lighter with the added benefit it cuts faster than the 18v version my mate has. Also the 12v version vibrates less than the 18v version.
